Jeremy Fripp - Managing Director

Jeremy has over 20 years experience in the insurance / loss control / risk engineering industry. He has worked with clients in all industry sectors with significant experience in the Food Industry, providing risk engineering solutions to meet customers specific needs.

This included auditing / assessing permit to work processes (in particular Hot Work), control of contractors and preventative maintenance programs. Through this experience came the ideas which form the basic concepts for the existing line up of QRIMS products.

David Biggins - Technical Director

David has 40 years of experience in the IT industry.  During this time he has been a developer, head of customer support for a computer manufacturer, head of marketing for a UK Listed IT PLC, Technical Director of an IT Security company, and now Technical Director of QRIMS Ltd.

His mix of development skills, product innovation, presentation skills and customer-facing communication has resulted in a view of software development with a strong focus on the user experience - intuitive user interfaces, ease of use, consistency and reliability.


David and Jeremy have worked together on a number of products focused on ease of use and relying on the principle that the software does the hard work so you don’t have to. This philosophy is the backbone of QRIMS, our products work hard to provide a simple, consistent, intuitive user experience, to bring together the necessary data to meet compliance and process needs without having the user navigate form to form to form.
